speed is half of what I am paying for

I have been paying for 2GB/sec for years, and it never tests above 1GB. Usually 840-920mb. Why? Why pay for something I don't get?

user_czmpib Are you seeing a service interruption in the Xfinity app by any chance? Are you using your own third-party modem or one of ours? My team is here to help get this resolved.
