Speed is faster than I signed for
I changed my speed to a lower speed and now find with the change I am faster than I signed up for. Used to be 700mbps and change to 500 and now find I am at 570?

That would seem to be typical behavior. I've always had about 20% more than the subscribed speed. Long ago, I was subscribed to 150, I always received 180. Same with today, I'm subscribed at 1300, I'm receiving 1500.
