How the [Edited: Language] can u speak to any1 bout internet outage. Xfinity assistant is a joke. App [Edited: Language] internet and tv out for 11 hours and no updates r u kidding me and yall charge a [Edited: Language]ton  im bout ready to drop this

Click on the option to cancel service and you can eventually get to a person! Or don’t pay your bill right away and then they will call you! Most ridiculous customer service ever! But the only way I have been able to get a live person! LOL

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
