Some roblox IPs not working on comcast network

128.116.32.3 - works

128.116.102.3 - works

128.116.127.3 - does not work

128.116.45.3 - does not work

We are running Windows 11 and have tried edge,firefox and chrome browsers as well as the windows desktop application.
