SLOWWWWWWWW internet speed in Albuquerque (2025-01-18)

I live in Albuquerque, NM and the internet speed has been unacceptably slow over the past 24 hours. In some instances I can't even access websites such as craigslist. I thought I might have a virus, so I ran a scan, nope. I unplugged the modem, that wasn't it. Then I tested the internet speed on a second computer and am having the exact same problems so I know it's on xfinity's end. I performed a speed test on xfinity's website and my connection speed was CONFIRMED slow.

Is xfinity upgrading or having outages. I know xfinity gives misinformation by claiming they are not having outages, when in fact they are.

Is anyone else having slow internet issues in ABQ?
