Slow/Laggy internet after 7pm est

For the past couple of weeks I've been experiencing long loading times on my game. This only seems to mostly occur in the night hours starting around 7pm est and gradually gets worst through the night. I've been working with the games support team to try and resolve my issue but nothing seems to fully resolve this. Tonight I attempted to download my graphics card latest drivers and it took about 30 minutes to download a 700mb file. Nothing changes within my household as far as the number of devices that are on during the day when things run smoothly and at night when things take longer to load. I'm not sure what else to look at to try and resolve this. And this isn't only observed on my game, I also notice this when using apps on my phone like Reddit, some content doesn't load right away, takes more than 30 seconds or so. Youtube as well takes longer to load videos. The game I play is Black Desert Online and I play on a desktop via a ethernet connection. Thank you.
