Slower Than Advertised Upload Speed

I have the Gigabit Extra Internet Plan with Xfinity. On my account page, it states that I should be getting up to 200 Mbit/s for my UPLOAD speed.

Unfortunately, this does not appear to be the case. My computer is hard wired to the xFi router/modem (XB8 model) and our  DOWNLOAD speeds are often above the advertised speed for our plan. Yet, my  UPLOAD speeds max out at about  90 Mbit/s. My hardware model # is: CGM4981COM

I'm pretty confident we aren't using any splitters between the coax line coming into the house and the router. I'm not sure what else to ask or provide at this point. Is there any assistance that can be provided to figure out why this situation described exists?
Thank you for your time and energy,
