Slow WiFi with New Modem

I just bought and activated Arris SBG10 wifi modem. Wired download speed of 170MB, matched my plan. But only getting 20-50MB speeds on my phone; and 10MB on my XBox...impossible to get any human help or answers from the Xfinity Assistant....please help!!
