Slow uploads usually 150kbps
My download speeds are usually pretty decent but my upload speeds are horrible especially after upgrading the my modems both xfinity by the way. Tried everything from upgrading cables to resetting modem several times nothing helps. Could it be the modem by any chance?

Hello, @user_9d1a8e. Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear about your upload speeds. Just to confirm, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you check the coaxial cable on both ends (wall plate and modem)? We want to make sure the cable is connected properly and there's no damage to it. We also recommend manually rebooting the modem or using our Xfinity App. Have you tried that as well?

Thanks for checking, @user_9d1a8e. That did not help, correct? Are you experiencing the same issue on all of your devices? How are you connecting to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)? Is the result the same across the board no mater what connection you use?
