Slow upload speeds continue

We have called numerous times and have had a technician come out 4x. Our upload speeds are beyond ridiculous.  In the past 3+ months I habr not seen any mbps be above 30 and most times in the teens or single digits. I work from home and have to use video conference for mmy job. I need my upload speeds to be improved asap. I would also like to request that we are reimbursed for 2025 since we have not had the level of service needed nor what we have paid for. Please call as soon as you can.

I also would not want to pay for a service that I could not use, and once we have your connection fixed, we can investigate any credits that need to be applied for time without your service.
