Slow Upload Speed Solution

I have been plagued by very slow internet upload speeds (often well below 0.5 Mbps) over the past couple of months.  I found the following Microsoft answer to this problem (see https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/very-slow-upload-speed-on-wired-ethernet/0db43659-f4a9-4d7d-aa6b-5ab29f25cc6d ).  The problem occurs if you have both IPv4 and IPv6 "Enabled" for your Windows computer's network adapter/controller.  I found that, if I disabled IPv6 in the Device Manager, my upload speeds returned to normal and all my internet connection problems disappeared.  I'm not an internet connection expert, but I think that the problem is that not all websites use the new Internet Protocol version, IPv6, and it creates confusion if both versions 4 and 6 are enabled on your computer.
