Slow to fix outage.
The power went out for a few minutes in our neighborhood but the internet has been down for 4 hours. The outage map states that the problem would be fixed 3 hours ago and even that hasn't been updated. You provide very expensive internet with very slow services.

When service is down, we know it's a big deal for everyone affected. I'm confident the local team is doing everything they can. Although you may have power at your location, the network/equpment in the area may still be affected or without power. The status map is updated directly by the local team, so it's the best way to get updates. I will also monitor this on my end and circle back with you to see how everything is on your end.
