Slow speeds ARRIS SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 Gigabyte plan

Recently purchased gigabyte plan went through all the troubleshooting with support only able to achieve around 100-200 mbps did some research on this particular modem apparently I’m not the only one anyone have a fix?
