Slow Speed since planned outage 12/15

Ever since the planned outage on 12/15 we have had incredibly slow speeds. We pay for a gig and get 250 mbps direct from the modem.

user_h96m5g Are you by any chance seeing any service interruptions or planned maintenance in the Xfinity app? Are the slow speeds happening no matter the activity(gaming/streaming etc)?
