Slow speed: receiving 150mb on a 1gb circuit
Hi, how can I talk to a support agent about slow internet speeds? 1800xfinity restarted my modem/router twice, no luck. And no way to talk to a live human being.
Hoping to talk to someone in person to troubleshoot. Paying for 1g, receiving no more than 150mb and less than 70mb at other times.

Thanks

Hello user_tt_not_a_bot_like_you , thanks for reaching out to us here on Xfinity Forums. We can certainly troubleshoot the account to see what is happening. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
