Slow internet

My internet speed is very slow for unknown reason. 

4.32 Mbps download,

6.94 Mbps upload

I tried to restart the router multiple times already. The problem is not solved. 

Could you help me with that?

Have you by chance already checked out our forums, troubleshooting steps that may help, or our Xfinity assistant, which has troubleshooting options as well?
