slow internet
I am paying for 300Mbps and I am getting 93Mbps. This happens every now and then, the reduction on speed. This last time I had it for about four days. When I call support, they ask me to reboot. Then, they blame it on my router. They want to send a technician now.

Hello, @user_b9c221! Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the recurring speed issues. Definitely, not the experience we would like you to have. Do you know if we found issues with the signal? Typically, when we recommend a technician, it means we exhausted all troubleshooting options on our end. A technician visit would be the best way to determine what's causing this. Did you set up the appointment already?
