Had that happen to me when I lived in the Santa Cruz mountains. Speed would drop out for a slice of time every evening for a few hours. They eventually narrowed it down to local interference with someone using growing lamps that somehow interfered with the cable in the neighborhood.

@mario123m Thanks for joining us here on Xfinity Forums. This is certainly not something that should be happening even if it is related to higher network traffic. We will want to run some tests and take a deeper look at the account to narrow down the cause. What troubleshooting steps have you already performed yourself so far?

Thanks for reaching back out and letting us know you're still experiencing this problem, mario123m. My team can absolutely further troubleshoot this with you. For troubleshooting purposes, have you attempted to manually reboot the modem on your end to see if that helps correct this? Also, are you experiencing the slow speeds on all devices from 5 pm to 11 pm, or are you only seeing this occur on certain devices?
