Slow Internet Speeds
I'm paying for up to 1100Mbs download and when I run a speed test on my phone (Samsung s22 Ultra so not an old device) I max out at 60Mbs. I've run a test with Google's Ookla's and Xfinity's speed tests and all give similar results. I've restarted the Xfinity router many times and tried different Coaxial runs in different rooms to try and troubleshoot the cause on my end. Nothing changes. I understand that I won't get 100% of that speed on my phone but 60Mbs is way too low. I've even tried disconnecting all other devices that would be using bandwidth on my network and running a speed test with only my phone connected as well and the same result.
I was getting 400+ Mbs when testing on my phone just the other day and that was more acceptable.
Can someone please look at this from Xfinity's end please? I've tried everything I can from my end. Thank you

Hello @Arenn19, Thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I can understand how frustrating speed issues can be, especially when a lot of our devices need a reliable speed to work perfectly. I see you have already rebooted the modem and tried different outlets, and still the issue remains.
