Slow Internet Speeds
I pay for 800 down and 15 up. I'm routinely.
Speedtest.com shows I get 230 down and 17 up.
Is there a reason for my slow download? Is there some slowness in my area I don't know about?
I've done network resets, they do not help.

Hello @puputata. Thank you for reaching out to our Forums page regarding the slow speeds. There can be many factors causing issues with the speed. Thanks for letting us know the steps you've taken to troubleshoot the issue. When running a speed test are you running it wireless or hardwired? Please also make sure all connections are finger tight on the modem and wall plate. In addition, can you check if there's a splitter connected between the modem and wall plate?

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
