Slow internet speed/internet drops
I recently switched from my personal modem to XFINITY XB8 due to the increased from 1000mbps to 2000mbps. Well ever since I’ve used the rental modem I haven’t had 1 good day with internet. Slow speeds , drops in connection and in addition to this 2 techs have already come out and it continues to have issues. I been a customer since 2012 and this is the worse experience I have ever had.
