Slow internet. Modem status attached
Hello. Have had Comcast 300Mbs internet for a while now. Have noticed slow loading videos etc whcih led me to investigate through speed test. Mind you this is on a wired connection directly to modem (ARRIS SB6190) bypassing router and effectively taking that out of the equation. Sometimes I get 300Mbs down, next second I get 2Mbps down, Then 40Mbs down etc. Not consistent. I notcied the below in the modem status page. Please advise.

The SNR is out of spec on channel 21, and channel 22 may not be locking because there is noise ingressing into the line(s) somewhere at those two frequencies. Those two channels are right next to each other.
For starters, try power-cycling the 6190 modem and see if it will lock on to a different / perhaps cleaner set of downstream channels.

Channel 2, 20 and 21 show some high numbers again. Thoughts?

In the second paste, the SNR's on channels 20, 21, and 22 are too low / out of spec. Noise is leaking into the line(s) somewhere at those channel frequencies.
