Slow Internet esp. UPLOAD speeds

I have a wired connection and I have logs over the last two weeks of speeds well below our subscription rate. Just now 12Feb2021, there is little or no upload speed. Below 1Mbps. And tech support wants to do the restart modem dance for the 10th time!

Going through this as well. Download speeds are fine and within my plan. But upload speeds are non existent, to the point even Xfinity's speed test is giving me errors. Gaming is practically impossible and now On Demand is stuttering. Though this just started on the 10th. Have a tech scheduled for the 14th. Will hopefully figure out what's up.
