Slow Internet - Errors coming from Motorola Modem
I'm experiencing internet slowness and I've had a technician come to check the wired connection to the house and he stated there was no issue. I'm experiencing slowness and drops with a wired and wireless connection. I checked my event logs in the Motorola Admin portal and saw a lot of Critial(3) and Warning(5) messaged:
- Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out
- SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing
- MDD message timeout
Are there any configurations I can change on my Modem or Router to deal with these errors? Working from home has been a nightmare the the internet dropping throughout the day.
Here is my setup:
- Modem: Motorola 24x8 Cable Modem, Model MB7621, DOCSIS 3.0
- Router: R6700v2 — Nighthawk AC1750 Smart WiFi Dual Band Gigabit Router
Any thoughts, comments, or advice?

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
