Slow Internet During Peak Hours

Hello.  Like others have mentioned before I am getting slow internet during peak hours. I suspect that there is some issue with congestion occurring in my local area. 

Also I am getting run around in circles by customer service phone bots instead of being able to talk to a person. My internet is fine except for during peak hours so I don't need to reset my router (and I have during these times) but the AI chat bots don't give me a means to report the issue and get on with my day.
