Slow ethernet upload speeds

Wired connection is currently stuck at <5mbps on a cat8 cable. Current plan advertises up to 300mbps upload speeds, and I would like to get up to at least an acceptable level. To the best of my knowledge, it's not a device issue as it is happening on both a desktop PC and console, and I don't believe it can be due to any device settings for the PC. Using an XB6 gateway and have tried both ethernet ports to equally disappointing results. The Wi-Fi speeds are fine, sometimes as high as 100mbps upload, but I really need to get the LAN speeds up to where they should be. Any assistance would be appreciated.

user_i35od1 Hello there! My team can help you with your upload speeds today. Have you tried any troubleshooting through our Xfinity app via the Xfinity Assistant?

@XfinityShawn Hello,

Yes, I tried going through the assistant troubleshooting twice but it wasn't able to help, unfortunately.

user_i35od1 Thank you for additional details, and feedback. Are you getting this same experience wirelessly?

@XfinityKassie Not quite, the wireless connection seems pretty decent, last I checked.

Strange that the WiFi speeds are not having issues as well. Do you happen to have another ethernet cable to try with your devices?

@XfinityThomasD Yes, I've tried a longer 25+ ft cable and a 10 ft cat8 cable to little to no effect. The only thing I can think of is that its the ethernet ports or something else to do with the gateway.
