slow download speeds but fast uploads

I am having issues with symmetrical internet upgrades. I received a message on 7/30/2026 stating my area will be upgraded to symmetrical internet. My internet package was automatically upgraded from 2Gbps/300Mbps to 2Gig symmetrical internet. There was a deal going on. I changed my modem out to the XB10 because it's the only one compatible with this service and since then, my download speeds have yet to hit what I'm paying for. 2 techs have came out to test my connection. The first tech verified that my signal is weak coming to my house. The second tech replaced my cable to make a direct connection to my modem without splitters. Nothing so far has made a difference. I am in shambles right now and don't know where else to go.
