Slow download and high ping

my plan is 1000 download speed, last week I was getting 3-4 ms in games and over 800 download speed and these past few days I have been getting 30 ms or more and slow download speeds what is this??

user_w8vajy Are you using an ethernet or a Wi-Fi connection? Is this happening during specific events like streaming, browsing, or online gaming?

Ethernet, my modem isn’t even a foot away from my pc, happens during gaming and browsing
