Slow Download After Service Outage

On May 23, I experienced a internet & TV outage for approximately 6 hours.  After the outage, my download speeds have never been higher than 325 mbs.  Before the outage download speed averaged about 750 mbs.  Nothing has changed on my end.  I have rebooted the modem, router and pc without any change in download speed.

We'll ask a few questions to get a better understanding and work together towards a fix. Rebooting your equipment is a great first step to take. During that process did you also check the cable connections to ensure everything is nice and tightly connected? Are you testing over wifi or using a direct connection? 

You can find troubleshooting tips for your Xfinity Internet and WiFi connection here. The Xfinity Assistant online or through the Xfinity app provides similar troubleshooting to a customer service agent but without any wait.
