Hello, @user_uqusey thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself I completely understand the importance of having your home network working optimally, and would definitely like to investigate further is your still experiencing the home network connectivity/speed concerns. From experience, I know that if there are any reported area equipment issues, there typically updates either at the status center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or on the Xfinity App. When I've seen reported issues, there is also usually maintenance work scheduled afterwards.

- Have you checked to see if there are any reported issues or maintenance work scheduled/recently worked?

We also have this awesome checklist that has some troubleshooting and other tips to get the most of out of your network. I like that this also has the equipment signal levels where the upstream and downstream ranges should sit. https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/internet-troubleshooting-tips/602dae4ac5375f08cde52ea0

- Have you already done troubleshooting, if so what has been done?

- Have you checked your equipment signal levels?

As a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an Ethernet cable have the same problem ?

With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system, which would, of course, affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.
