slow after plan upgrade

i moved and upgraded my plan from 1200 to 2000mbps. But after one month, my gateway remains limited at 1200mbps. My computer is connected in the 2.5 gbps port.

every gateway speed test i did through the app results in +/- 1400 out of 1200Mpbs plan.

We understand wanting to get the most out of your internet connection! Can you try running a speed test from here and let us know what you get? Also, can you let us know what type of ethernet cord you are using?
