Slack or absent netwowrk monitoring @ 2nd level - can you handle this kiddies??????

Why does the router named po-400-xar01.londonderry.nh.boston.comcast.net consistantly drop the next hops in Needham, going instead directly to New York?  This has happened over one hundred times in the last few months, and when it does my response times from 01930 become unpredictable and unacceptable.  The route from that router to the next hop at be-303-arsc1.needham.ma.boston.comcast.net is unstable, and this is a perennial problem.  Please ask network 2nd level to investigate and take appropriate actions to remedy,  Thank you.

Or you could give me contact info.   I did not expect a capable response, and I did not get one.   [EDIT: PII] and [EDIT: PII].   Why should anyone bother?  Perhaps because they give a [EDIT: Language] about their service quality?  Perhaps because they have a modicum of professional pride in their role?  The amount of information I have, over the last two years, is perhaps best expressed and shared person to person.   Why are you not wasting your time? Because I respect your time, and because I ran network analytics for the advanced projects division of Tata Communications for a while, and delivered connectivity to Formula One.  I am not a CCNA, so I won't try and tell you your business, but I can certainly understand the hundreds of traceroutes that I have initiated, when annoyed by poor performance.  The pattern has been consistent for well over a year, and I am [EDIT: language] if I can figure out why you are blind to it.  Have you ANY network monitoring?  Want a capable CLIENT to hel-p you see what you are doing????
