Skylight Frame

My Skylight frame is no longer recognizing my WIFI.  I've been in touch with Skylight and have tried numeous things.  It shows, connect, no internet.

 We do apologize for any inconvenience i know how important it is to have all my wi-fi devices connected.

 

 

If you jump on the Xfinity app do you see your skylight frame device connected to your home network?

 

If you do what I recommend is going to that device and troubleshooting it from the app

 

You may also want to forget the device from the Xfinity app, to forget the device you must first disconnect it from your home network,
