SIP ALG

I need advanced internet technical support. My employer uses Avaya VoIP and has specifically asked me to have SIP ALG disabled on my Xfinity XB8 gateway. I’ve already checked the gateway admin interface, and there is no SIP ALG control available to me. I need someone who can verify whether SIP ALG is enabled and whether Xfinity can disable it.
