Signing up for unlimited data

I need to sign up for unlimited data. I have my own router and am not interested in switching, so I'm trying to sign up at http://xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT. However, this invariably leads to https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=DFPLN4000, where I'm told that "this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error." The error seems very permanent. I'm hoping that a Comcast rep might see this post and help me sign up.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
