significant packet loss on comcast, Frederick MD everyone in my neighborhood on COmcast reports the same

for the last few weeks my comcast connection has been less than perfect. Both my wife and I are unable to maintain connections to our respective clients vpn. Is anyone else having significant issues? I have had multiple conversations with the AI Bot and twice with call center, all of which say my connection is good and I should not be having issues. 

running some network diagnostics from my home office to xfinity.com shows that 

be-31411-cs21.beaumeade.va.ibone.comcast.net  is dropping over 1/3 of all packets with very high latency. Other comcast routers seem normal except   be-501-arsc1.capitolhghts.md.bad.comcast.net which has spikes in latency above 200ms often but does not seem to drop packets yet. 

Any suggestions as to how to get Comcast network folks involved to look at the core routers? I'm sure this is showing up in their metrics and NOC but for 2 weeks this has been a problem and now with work at home mandated we are in desperate need of a reliable internet connection.
