signed up for higher speeds not happening...400 to 800 ..stuck at 450

changed plan from 400 to 800 few days ago restarted many many time talk chat no ?can you help me ?

bought new 3.1 modem cant wait 800 down ...right on ...thanks alot customer expert

You'll never be able to get 800 with that device as it is rated for only up to 374;

What happens when trying to get speeds that a device is not capable of delivering is that it defaults to using a slower speed tier configuration file.

You need to use a compatible device. They can be found at that link above.
