Shows WiFi connected but not connecting to internet
This is a regular issue, about every other month. All of our devices show they are connected to the wifi gateway, but when you try to use an app, check email, or go online, you either cannot connect or you are only connected for a few minutes before you are no longer connected. Every time I end up talking to a person, they have me do a factory reset, and then I have to go around and reconnect all of our devices again...as I said, about every other month! The only computer that stays connected is the one with a direct Ethernet cable to the gateway (which is what I am using now because nothing else is working). Does anyone on here have any better solutions than just factory resetting each time? thanks
