Severe packet loss and latency

I am experiencing significant latency and packet loss in Rockville, MD. The most consistent choke points appear in hops within the **md.bad.comcast.net domain. The issue is clearly not with my equipment. Using the same laptop to access the same internet sites, I have minimal latency and no packet loss using my (non-Xfinity) cell phone as a hot spot.

Packet loss with Xfinity is so severe that Zoom and Teams are unusable, due to video freezing and choppy audio. 

The attached screen shot shows the issue persisting even when I try to access Xfinity's website!


Has anyone else encountered similar issues and found a way to resolve them? I am a new customer and have been facing this issue since Xfinity was installed 10 days ago.
