Setup my internet

Question

I just got the self setup. The gateway has been moved to several outlets and all 3 lights aren't blinking,. Waited over 30 minutes.

Did you hook it up outside? Or hook up the cable inside? The modem is going to do exactly as you posted if there’s no live cable signal
