Setting Up xFi Complete

Hello, 

 

I just updated my internet service to xFi complete. I have received confirmation for my order and will be renting a router and a pod. Aside from the confirmation code though, I haven't received any info about what I'm supposed to do from now. Am I supposed to schedule a day with a technician or are they sending the equipment? Been a few days now and I'm kinda stuck.
