Set up an additional Gateway Router on the same property
Hi, I would like to set up an additional router on my property. I already have the two coaxial cables (i don’t know how it’s called). The pods won’t work to my purpose in this house - I have 8 bedrooms and over 3600ft of space and 2 floors.
how could I do that? Can I hire this over the app? I could set it up myself

you don't say what equipment you currently have or exactly why pods won't work for you.
given the lack of details, it sounds like you might consider something like a Google Mesh system.
(there are many good quality competing products, I'm just most familiar with the Google products)
they're particularly effective for large, spread out locations because you can add as many point modules as neccessary to cover the entire location.
you can't get them from Comcast though, and installation could be difficult for a non-techie, so YMMV...

Comcast typically allows only one straight cable modem or only one combo modem / router gateway device to be connected to the coax cable system per residential address.

Hello, @user_ca4160. Thank you for reaching out. As @EG stated, we typically only allow one Gateway or modem at one location. It does vary by region, and it's possible a second account could be created. It would require you pay for 2 lines of service, and the 2 Gateway rentals as well. I would need to pull up your account in private to cover the full details and/or possibilities, however, we may still be able to help without taking that route. What exactly is the main issue in the home? How many pods do you have, or where are they located in the home?
