What the [Edited: Language] is going on with your Sorry:-( Lame Service. My internet is slow as moses and my cable tv Freezes. I have called and yet your staff which I don't have an issue with except when their foreign talking, I have a little problem and issue with trying to understand them sometimes, not all the times. But, they put me on hold and run testing on their end and always, I mean always comes back and says it shows everything is ok on our end. Well that doesn't do me one thing except get me more upset. I always do what your tech people tell me to do, boot, re-boot, unplug + wait, unhook everything + wait maybe 5 minutes, well after everything is done sometimes it may help but for only a short time. I have your techs out here and they do whatever they do and it works fine for them and then a day or 2 later it goes right back to the problem. I have told you time and time again that maybe, just maybe, a new cable is needed to be put into my existing one since I have been with your outfit for over 15 years or so just at this address. It Shouldn't Be That Hard for someone to come out and put in new cable. I mean I'm paying you over $328 a month, for what? 1/2 [Edited: Language] internet + cable that freezes or just out of the blue stops for some testing. I demand for you to fix my issue. I have been a very patient with your company but I'm at a point where I just might cancel everything with your Company for all of my issues and am talking it over with some folks who seem to have the same or some different issues. I have 3 items that I rent from you as the price keeps rising yet the service seems 2 be going down, but, you add more channels to higher and higher numbers on cable to make it look like where getting more for our money. Maybe in your eyes but your not on our end of the TV, trying to watch a show/movie and then it freezes up or on the internet and it's trying to figure out where to get more juice or power to keep on going. This is so ridiculous for me to pay this amount of money for just plain frustration. Plain + Simple. I Demand Answers Please or this Long Time Follower will Follow someone else that's more cheaper and more reliable. I await your home visit or phone call. Thank you for your time in this matter.
