The internet provider in my area is comcast. Every neighbor at our new house has comcast. I got a message during the "moving service to a new address" process that we were not serviceable. However when I call Comcast Sales they say we are. We also have a pipe that runs to the street were myneighbors are who have service. Who can I talk to at Comcast to understand what I can do? This property has never had internet in the past.
