Service outages multiple times throughout the day

Never really had no problems with my service. However for about a month my internet and cable cannot connects multiple times throughout the day. I changed the router that’s a xfi that supposed to be the best, checks cords any everything. This is crazy especially when u paying top dollars to enjoy services when you can’t
