Service outage
My service for the past day has been on and off.It is now off. I have a service appointment set for 7/7 in the morning. Got a text saying there was an issue with it and to call. Calling customer service is useless, as they insist on going through the whole unplug your modem thing. The problem is NOT modem. But trying to get anyone to understand that is useless. I just need to know what the issue is with my service appointment!
