Service outage in our area -- We might know the reason

Hello,

We have service outage. Xfinity status is they are investigating. But we are confident it is caused by a new optic fiber provider company laying cable in our area. Signal disappeared right when they started digging in our neighbors' backyards.

How can we rout this information to real Xfinity Techs who are investigating the outage in the system?
