service not working for 2 months & agents not helping?
I have been dealing with poor internet for almost 2 months. We upgraded our service from 300 to 600 to 1000mbps, changed SB6 modem 3 times and upgraded to SB7. Weve had 7 technicians visit and they cannot figure it out. We are getting less than 50mbps on wifi and less than 200 on ethernet. my bill is $115 and im not getting the service. I dont know what to do?!?! The last agent disconnected the chat with me after explaining all this, the agent on the phone had no idea what she was talking about and told us to connect everything via ethernet... like that is even possible! im losing my mind.
