My service is bad, I got the automated system so many times, they always say reset the modem. today I was on an important video call and it failed again. Is there A person that I can speak to????

That’s funny! I’ve contacted xfinity only to get a “tech” who prob didn’t work for xfinity and was a friend of the tech... needless to say, I’m paying for TV’s that do not work EVER, and internet that is NOT STABLE... all day I use my DATA PLAN thru my Cell phone service because Xfinity drops whenever!!! This is being reported to BBB, Florida business and professional practices and the Federal Commission as it’s classified under “Federal Usage”. Move, change services or get a dish.. I wish I could help with a more specific and stable answer
