Service interruptions

For the past six weeks my internet service has been terrible. I can’t go without a day without an interruption. I’ve been a customer for 21 years and have never had an issue. After what I was told was a network upgrade my service has been terrible. Since it’s impossible to talk to a live person I can’t get any information. Customer service is nonexistent.
